My son has one that he used for a couple of years. His positions varied from pitcher, 3rd base, 1st base, outfiled and finally catcher. It helped him a great deal. He noticed a difference after just using it one game – his hand felt much better. If you play a lot of ball, I would recommend it.

I have used the Stan-Mill Mitt for many years and can say nothing but great things about it. Playing a corner infield position my hand was getting crushed. Once I started using the Stan Mill mitt all of my pain stopped. I never play with out.
